We are looking for ATR 42/72 type-rated first officers who are current on type for a full-time contract directly with the airline.

Command upgrade opportunity

Roster: 5/3 - 5/2
Working base: Belfast
Regional operation.
Requirements
Minimum SIC hours: 500 on ATR 42/72 600
Hours on ATR 42/72 500 accepted.
Airline provides Delta course if eligible, based on ATR 42/72 experience.
Total time: +2000 hours
Last flight on type within last 12 months.
The last proficiency check is accepted as last flight.
Current on type
Valid LPC on ATR 42/72
EASA or UKCAA licence
Terms
Salary based on experience + £ 15,000 to £ 18,000 in flight allowances.
In addition, for First Officers, an increased exception payment of £1,050 will apply. This will be paid in the most tax-efficient manner by the end of the year.
Daily rate and unlimited standby travel on Emerald Airlines, Aer Lingus, TAP Portugal, BA and Virgin.
Basic salary based on experience plus flight allowances
Fixed 5/3/5/2 roster, allowing for advance planning
29 days of annual leave
Pension scheme with 4% employer contribution
Life insurance (2x annual salary)
Staff travel benefits from date of hire, including unlimited standby travel on Emerald Airlines
Post-probation access to standby travel with TAP Portugal, British Airways, Virgin Atlantic, and Aer Lingus
A Command Upgrade Bonus of £26,000 will be paid to all FOs who are appointed to the Captain position. This is payable in two amounts, the first amount of £10,000 is paid 12 months after Line Check and the second amount of £16,000 is paid 24 months after Line Check, providing you remain in the role of Captain.
