Air Arabia is hosting a recruitment roadshow in Pakistan to hire experienced A320 Pakistani Captains. Our recruitment team will be in Karachi on the 6th and 7th of November 2025 for assessment and selection.

Qualification & Experience
Max age: 57
Pakistani Nationals
A320 Type Rated
ATPL License
Minimum of 6000 Civil Commercial Jet Operation hours
At least 1500 hours on A320 as PIC
Experience on Airbus aircraft within the last 12 months
Valid A320 type rating and IR on the license (minimum 2 months validity at the time of joining)
Valid ELP (Level 4 or above)
Valid Class 1 Medical
