As of January 1, 2026, we offer


Fast track upgrade to Captain within a year

Commuting roster with a 13 on/10 off pattern

Flexible Roster with a minimum of 10 days off per calendar month and limited layovers

Fixed roster with a 5 on/3 off pattern

Salary: 


  • Choosing Commuting Roster: Annual guaranteed base salary from 72 420 EUR gross, with planned productivity up to 88 470 EUR per annum average

  • Choosing one of Base Rosters (Fixed or Flexible): Annual guaranteed base salary from 85 200 EUR gross, with planned productivity up to 104 000 EUR gross per annum average

A220 type rating covered by us with a 3-year bond

Fixed and flexible rosters published 14 days in advance

You bring


Valid EU FCL CPL or ATPL license

Valid EASA Medical Class 1

ICAO English 4 or higher

Minimum of 2750 hours of CAT operations on modern aircraft with EFIS, FMA and FMS systems

Minimum of 1500 hours on CS25 (MTOW >5,7t)

Minimum of 200 flight hours flown within the last 12 months

Clean Criminal Record

Excellent CRM and unmatched professionalism: self-motivated, with a strong commitment to the highest standards of safety and responsibility
