Ryanair are actively recruiting for B737 Non-Type Rated Captains to join Europe's Largest Airline Group at one of their bases throughout Europe.

Requirements:
Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU. Not over 65 years of age. EASA Part FCL licence or ICAO-compliant national licence (ICAO requires IAA validation). Valid EU (Part-MED) Class 1 Medical Certificate or UK CAA Class 1 Medical. Minimum 3,500 hours total flying time. Minimum 2,000 hours on multi-crew, multi-engine jet aircraft over 30,000 kg MTOW with an established airline, cargo operator or military transport. Minimum 800 hours PIC (EASA holders) or 1,500 hours PIC (ICAO holders) on multi-crew, multi-engine jet over 30,000 kg MTOW. Must have operated on multi-crew jet over 30,000 kg MTOW within the 36 months prior to course start date. English Language Proficiency: minimum ICAO Level 4 (Operational).
Assessment and Selection:
All new pilots must complete an EASA-mandated Work Related Behavioural assessment (CAT.GEN.MPA.175) in two phases. Phase 1 is an online assessment via AON (€60 fee, reimbursed upon joining a course). Phase 2 is a comprehensive psychological assessment combined with a simulator check and interview.
