Job Description
Falcon Aviation Services is recruiting type-rated Dash 8 Q400 Captains and First Officers. This is a permanent, full-time role based in the United Arab Emirates with the flexibility to support assignments in other locations as operational needs evolve. Visa sponsorship is provided and a Class 1 medical and ICAO ELP level 4 or higher are required.
What you'll do
Lead safe, efficient Dash 8 Q400 operations in accordance with company SOPs, AOM, and regulatory requirements.
Exercise sound command decision-making through all phases of flight, maintaining the highest safety and compliance standards.
Foster a collaborative, high-performance cockpit culture and mentor flight crew where appropriate.
Deliver a customer-focused service on every sector, representing our brand with professionalism.
Adapt to dynamic rosters and occasional assignments to different locations aligned with operational requirements.
What you'll bring
Total time: 5,000+ hours
PIC time: 1,000+ hours
Experience on type: 2+ years on Dash 8 Q400
Type rating: Current Dash 8 Q400 type rating (required)
License: Valid ATPL - EASA, FAA, or ICAO state-issued accepted
Medical: Class 1
Language: ICAO ELP Level 4+
Mindset: Customer-focused, flexible attitude, and an excellent team player
Preferred
GCAA license holder
