Rishworth is supporting our growing client Air Botswana for an experienced E170/175 Type Rating Instructor to join their training team in Gaborone. This full-time position and open-ended contract offer a competitive net salary and comprehensive expatriate benefits and focuses exclusively on training, checking, and standards oversight — no rostered flying duties.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver E170/175 line checking duties to pilots across the airline
Conduct training in accordance with Air Botswana and regulatory standards
Maintain currency and compliance on TRI/TRE
Provide simulator instruction; SFI qualification considered an added advantage
Support continuous improvement of training programmes and safety standards
Requirements
Current E170/175 TRI/TRE
Strong instructional background with proven training delivery
SFI qualification advantageous
Ability to relocate full-time to Gaborone
