Requirements
EASA ATPL License (A)
Excellent knowledge of the Italian language (minimum level B2)
Good knowledge of the English language (ICAO Level 4 English Language Proficiency)
Minimum of 3000 flight hours in airline operations
Minimum 3 years of experience as First Officer in the field of airline operations
Medical fitness of 1st class valid
Selection process
Phase 1
: DLR Test for aptitude and skills assessment (test site: Milan)
Phase 2
: Assessment for corporate qualification, personal and group interview for the evaluation of Soft Skills (test location: Milan)
Phase 3
: Assessment to the simulator. (test seat: MXP)

At the end of each phase, a communication will be sent regarding the test result. Only candidates who have successfully passed the test will be admitted to the next phase of the selective process.

Assumption and Type Rating
The hiring will take place before the start of the course for Type Rating, the costs of which, as well as all training costs (including transfers to / from Lufthansa Aviation Training locations and accommodation throughout the period), will be borne by Air Dolomiti.

Tasks
As a pilot, you will represent Air Dolomiti. Together with all the crew, you will take our guests to their destination safely and on time and share the responsibility of the aircraft, crew, passengers and cargo on board.
Other tasks are:
Fly the Embraer fleet safely and efficiently, paying attention to punctuality, savings and a high quality standard for our guests.
Prflight operation and execution according to Air Dolomiti specifications.
Cooperation with crew, ground staff and air traffic control.
Support and assist the commander in all operations.
Continuous maintenance and deepening of professional knowledge.
Responsible, inclusive and sustainable behavior.
Operate as a mature and loyal personality with integrity, social competence and leadership potential.
