CREW RECRUITMENT & SELECTION

PILOTS, CABIN CREW, INSTRUCTORS & UPGRADER

EU(VO) 965/2012 CAT.GEN.MPA.175(b)

Gemäß der EU-Verordnung 965/2012 AMC1.CAT.GEN.MPA.175(b) ist jeder Pilot, der Teil einer (nicht-)komplexen Organisation ist, verpflichtet, ein psychologisches Assessment zu absolvieren. Die Durchführung dieses Assessments muss in den 24 Monaten vor Beginn des Linienflugbetriebes erfolgen und den folgenden Kriterien gerecht werden:

  • Kognitive Fähigkeiten

  • Persönlichkeitsmerkmale

  • Operationale und berufliche Kompetenzen

  • Soziale Kompetenzen, gemäß den Prinzipien des Crew Resource Managements

Es gibt jedoch eine Ausnahme: Flugbetriebe können gemäß ORO.GEN.200(a)(3) durch eine „Risk Mitigation“ nachweisen, dass ein früher durchgeführtes psychologisches Assessment weiterhin gültig ist. In einem solchen Fall muss das Assessment den oben aufgeführten Kriterien entsprechen und unter der Aufsicht eines Luftfahrtpsychologen durchgeführt werden.
