Presentation of context:

As part of the organization of the Navigant Personnel Training Directorate, the SFI Instructor is a ground-based executive with professional pilot experience that designs, designs and carries out and dispenses training courses in simulated flight with a view to the issuance of QT (Type Qualification) or MCC (Multi Crew Course) training to Air France pilots or to external customers (Airline companies or individuals)


Description of the mission:

As an IFC, you provide instruction for pilots and/or instructors in training on the various means of simulated flight (FSTD), courses and/or conferences as part of the familiarization to piloting reactor, MCC, pre QT, QT and/or as part of the training of trainers.


Requirements:

• Be or have held a CPL, MPL or ATPL

• Have at least 1500 flight hours as a pilot on multi-pilot aircraft

• SFI or TRI experience required, especially on A220, A320, A350-A330 aircraft types.

• Aisance in english (minimum level B1 or TOEIC 550 - validity 18 months - a certificate will be requested)

• Ease in communication and relationships

• Ability to mobilize and to make adhere

• Mastery of computer tools is a plus


Important observations:

• Non-administrative hours related to pilot training

place of work : the activity of the IFC takes place on the site of Roissy CDG.


Candidates meeting the admissibility criteria will be invited to a selection. This selection will consist of:

• a pedagogical assessment

• a motivational interview (preceded by a personality inventory)

• an HR interview

• applicants who do not have a valid rating on at least one aircraft of the company Fleet may be required to perform a flight simulator assessment.
