Minimum Requirements
Airline Transport Pilot´s License (ATPL(A)) issued by CAA-Norway , CAA-Sweden, CAA-Denmark or CAA-Ireland. Other EASA state licenses may be acceptable subject to NPFO and NPCT approval.
2500 hours
flight time PIC on aircraft above 50,000 Kgs
Total flight time of greater than
4000 hours
on a multi pilot jet aircraft.
Preference will be given to
Type Rated B787/777
Captains with recent Long-Haul experience . Other relevant experience will be considered on a case -by-case basis
Hold a current Class One Medical Certificate
For an
EU base
, hold an EASA ATPL(A)* and EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate. The right to work and reside in the EU
without additional approvals
.
Hold an ICAO level 5 (or greater) English Language Proficiency certificate
Able to obtain a US C1/D crew visa prior to employment
Have the legal right to travel unrestricted to and from all countries flown by Norse Atlantic Airways
All Direct Entry Commanders and First Officers will be selected and approved by the NPFO.
